first of all u need something to attract the ppl on volcano ex: some special game or something only available on these froums ex for volcano: volcano game
second u need mods something volcnao does nto have masking it a medicre forum but dont make every1 mods then it gets too strict like serebii(u cant even doulble post on accident)
third make this forum more fun
